“Third time today – I’m done!” – Captain Kerry explodes over Below Deck crew’s repeated blunders in Season 12 meltdown that leaves Fraser fuming: “I’m really pissed

The interior crew on Below Deck is in charge of many tasks that are key to a great guest experience, including cleaning rooms, serving guest meals, and taking care of laundry. So when Captain Kerry Titheradge noticed a major issue in the laundry room on Season 12, Episode 3, he didn’t hold back his thoughts. “Fraser, Fraser—Kerry. I am without uniform, mate,” Captain Kerry said on the radio, causing Fraser to rush around to find his whites in laundry and deliver them to him, just minutes before the charter guests arrived.“If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself,” stew Rainbeau de Roos observed.Fraser tried to make clear that not having the captain of the yacht’s uniform ready for him was a big mistake “Guys, I’d rather you f—k up everywhere else, not with this,” Fraser told stew Barbara Kulaif.Despite the stern warning, this wasn’t the end of it for the interior crew. Just as the crew was getting ready to serve the guests dinner, Kerry appeared at his door in a towel to speak to Fraser.“What’s wrong with this picture?” he asked, and Fraser responded, “You haven’t got your uniform.” Kerry agreed, declaring, “Third time today.”
Captain Kerry Explodes Over Uniform Mishap — Fraser Takes the Blame as Rainbeau and Barbara Deflect in Below Deck Season 12
Tensions are heating up aboard the yacht in Below Deck Season 12, and this time, it’s the interior crew in the hot seat. In the season’s supertease, a major laundry mishap involving Captain Kerry Titheradge’s uniform leads to a fiery confrontation and blame flying in all directions.
Captain Kerry was clearly not amused when he had to approach the chief stew without his proper attire. According to Fraser Olender, the chief stew, the captain was livid:
“Girls, I’m going to say this one last time,” Fraser said. “Captain just came to me totally naked and in his towel. He hasn’t got his uniform. He’s pissed off.”
Rather than taking accountability, second stew Rainbeau was quick to distance herself from the problem. In her confessional, she bluntly said:
“If our team is f—king up and f—king up and f—king up, that’s not on me. I’m doing my job properly. It’s such a f—k show.”
Barbara, another crew member, also resisted taking responsibility. She told Fraser:
“I can’t think of everything.”
However, in her own confessional, she admitted:
“I’ve been pulled in different directions, doing different things all the time… I feel like a very bad crew member. This sucks.”
