Why is Below Deck’s drunk Kelly now hanging with Captain Kerry? So what does Kelly think of all this now? What about her primary sparring partner, Captain Kerry Titheradge? Captain Kerry tries to get drunk Kelly upstairs and into her cabin after her drunk swim; Kelly is angry about this and/or her nose betraying her during this dramatic momentKelly’s social media was little help. She last posted on July 10, 2022—or maybe she deleted some from the interim—and that was just a photo of two glasses clinking over a cocktail menu at a bar. (Her glass has five lime wedges, but I don’t know what’s in it. There’s a bottle of San Pellegrino visible, so maybe it’s just sparkling water. Or sparkling vodka.)But after Below Deck last week, two new posts appeared on her feed, thanks to someone tagging her, and a new video she shared in her Instagram story. And those posts show Kelly hanging out with Captain Kerry, and by hanging out, I don’t mean drunkenly raging. So that’s a surprise. (Curiously, the image is labeled as a “paid partnership,” though that may be because this was a watch party at a restaurant, Matteos of Howard Beach, according to an image in Kelly’s story). Jennifer labeled a photo of Kelly seeming to pick Kerry up off the ground “Together again!!” and tagged Kelly’s Instagram account. In others, he’s posing with her and other people, including in one photo where he has his hand on her waist. In a video she posted to her story, she’s behind Kerry and kind of posing, I guess, while plates of pasta go by. Scintillating social media content. One of their fellow charter guests, Michelle, recently told The Daily Mail, “If you were at the viewing party with us last night, she was the same way. I’ve been with Kelly on numerous occasions and she gets outta hand. She’s not someone I like to party with because I just don’t know what’s gonna end up happening. I do see that she has a good heart so I don’t wanna leave her out in the dust, but it’s hard when an adult acts this way.” That makes me wonder if Kelly turned into a raging asshat while hanging out with Captain Kerry. Even if not, why, exactly, is Captain Kerry hanging with the person who gave him such an evil eye I think he should have called an exorcist? Why would he spend time with someone who called him one of the worst things imaginable: a Democrat!? Kerry replied to a comment and explained that it’s all about life’s adventures: This photo was taken a few days ago, but the charter happened over a year ago. I believe in second chances and the possibility of growth. What would you do? So did Kelly grow? Did she reach out and ask for a second chance? Below Deck has moved on, and unless my friend Andy Cohen is going to have her and/or Kerry on so he can read questions at them, we may never know.
