Former ‘Below Deck’ reality TV star arrested on DUI in Florida maintains his innocence, vows to fight charges

A former reality TV personality who appeared on Bravo’s “Below Deck” has been arrested on felony DUI along with other charges in Florida – and he claimed to The Post the allegations are bogus.

Trevor Walker, 34, who appeared on the fourth season of the nautical reality show, was taken into custody at around 2:30 a.m. Monday in Escambia County, TMZ reported, citing authorities.

He faces four counts, including felony DUI, driving on a suspended license, committing a moving traffic violation, and misdemeanor theft, the outlet reported.

Walker, who was fired by “Below Deck’s” Captain Lee Rosbach within minutes of his appearing on the show, was released early Tuesday morning and is scheduled to appear in court later in April.

Speaking to The Post, Walker insisted that he had been falsely accused.

“I was not under the influence and told the police that, but they still harassed me for a breath test and a field sobriety test,” he said, adding that he did not “trust the calibration” of the breathalyzers used by the police.

“I have heard too many stories of people not under the influence blowing and it registering, and then later blowing at the jail and it does not register, and still they are charged with DUI,” Walker said.

Walker vowed to fight the DUI charge.

“I am not convicted, and they have zero evidence,” he said, adding that on the night he was arrested, he had “simply left a friend’s house late after falling asleep watching a movie and waking up around 1 a.m. realizing I had to be at work in a few hours.”

Walker insisted he was not “partying.”

He said  that he has to “get ready for work every morning at 3:30 a.m. to work out before I shower and pack a lunch, and then my ride takes me at around 4:45 a.m.”

During his brief time on the show, which aired in late 2016, Walker was demoted from senior deckhand by co-star Kelley Johnson after frequently clashing with her and falling out with his other crewmates.

His brief appearance led to him being regarded as one of the most infamous crew members in “Below Deck” history, TMZ reported.

Walker had another brush with the law earlier this year when he was booked for larceny in Escambia County.

He was previously arrested in 2024 for a misdemeanor DUI, and his probation was terminated in February 2025, court records obtained by The Post show.

“I was falsely accused because I do have a prior DUI, and I was driving on a suspended license that was suspended due to the prior DUI. The larceny thing is over and done with. I’ve been to court, and the state did not press charges,” Walker told The Post.

Before joining the show, Walker had stints as a professional sport fisher and amateur surfer, according to his Bravo bio.

“Below Deck,” which debuted in 2013 and has spawned several spinoffs, follows the lives of crew members working and living aboard superyachts during charter season.

Recent follow-ups include “Below Deck Adventure,” “Below Deck Down Under,” “Below Deck Med,” and “Below Deck Sailing Yacht.”
