In an exclusive preview for the new season, Captain Jason Chambers can be seen meeting with chief stew, Daisy Kelliher, Chef Ben Robinson, and second officer João Franco, at dinner before boarding the motor yacht in Canouan.

“Yachting runs on leadership, teamwork, and respect, and that starts at the top,” Jason says at the beginning of the video. “I can’t have what happened last year with the heads of my department at each other. This season, I need professional, seasoned, heads of department. There’s no room for chaos out here, everyone needs to know their role, and execute it.”

“Ben, I don’t micromanage, but I do have high standards,” Jason tells his crew. “João, you’re captain now, I want you to earn your stripes. I want you to lead your team with structure, experience, and the discipline that’s required on deck.”

“Daisy, you’re the chief stewardess,” Jason tells the yachtie. “I need attention to detail, I need professional, luxury service.”

But, things don’t exactly go according to plan, as Daisy can be seen complaining about Ben and kissing João in the preview. “If we just know we’ve got each other’s back and we’re here to support each other, and really blow this out of the park,” Jason concludes in the video.
