Captain Kerry Issues a Warning About “Demeaning” Charter Guests: “Don’t Give a S–t Who You Are”
Below Deck’s Captain Kerry Titheradge says he won’t tolerate anybody who “doesn’t have respect” for his crew.
Before Below Deck Season 12’s latest charter even got underway, Fraser Olender had already labeled the arriving guests as “obnoxious, rude, [and] classless,” before making a cryptic prediction.
“This trip is going to be hell if that’s what we’ve got on board. Hell,” the chief stew declared on Episode 6.
After Fraser shared his concerns that the “really rude” charter guests would be “really, really tough” to deal with, Captain Kerry Titheradge stated that he would not tolerate them disrespecting St. David‘s crew.
“If they’re rude, I’ll take care of that,” Kerry said, to which Fraser replied, “I’ll let you know, Cap. But … we’re gonna be on our toes the next few days.”
When the guests’ behavior didn’t seem to be improving, Captain Kerry assembled his crew for a quick meeting.
“These guests are getting very rowdy,” he pointed out. “If, at any point, you feel uncomfortable, let me know. OK? Demanding, we can do. Rude and demeaning, we cannot do. … I have no worries getting a water taxi and deporting some people I have to.”
In a confessional, he continued, “If anybody doesn’t have respect, you have no time on my boat. I don’t give a s–t who you are.”
