“Third time today – I’m done!” – Captain Kerry explodes over Below Deck crew’s repeated blunders in Season 12 meltdown that leaves Fraser fuming: “I’m really pissed

The interior crew on Below Deck is in charge of many tasks that are key to a great guest experience, including cleaning rooms, serving guest meals, and taking care of laundry. So when Captain Kerry Titheradge noticed a major issue in the laundry room on Season 12, Episode 3, he didn’t hold back his thoughts. “Fraser, Fraser—Kerry. I am without uniform, mate,” Captain Kerry said on the radio, causing Fraser to rush around to find his whites in laundry and deliver them to him, just minutes before the charter guests arrived.“If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself,” stew Rainbeau de Roos observed.Fraser tried to make clear that not having the captain of the yacht’s uniform ready for him was a big mistake “Guys, I’d rather you f—k up everywhere else, not with this,” Fraser told stew Barbara Kulaif.Despite the stern warning, this wasn’t the end of it for the interior crew. Just as the crew was getting ready to serve the guests dinner, Kerry appeared at his door in a towel to speak to Fraser.“What’s wrong with this picture?” he asked, and Fraser responded, “You haven’t got your uniform.” Kerry agreed, declaring, “Third time today.”

Captain Kerry Explodes Over Uniform Mishap — Fraser Takes the Blame as Rainbeau and Barbara Deflect in Below Deck Season 12

Tensions are heating up aboard the yacht in Below Deck Season 12, and this time, it’s the interior crew in the hot seat. In the season’s supertease, a major laundry mishap involving Captain Kerry Titheradge’s uniform leads to a fiery confrontation and blame flying in all directions.

Captain Kerry was clearly not amused when he had to approach the chief stew without his proper attire. According to Fraser Olender, the chief stew, the captain was livid:
“Girls, I’m going to say this one last time,” Fraser said. “Captain just came to me totally naked and in his towel. He hasn’t got his uniform. He’s pissed off.”

Rather than taking accountability, second stew Rainbeau was quick to distance herself from the problem. In her confessional, she bluntly said:
“If our team is f—king up and f—king up and f—king up, that’s not on me. I’m doing my job properly. It’s such a f—k show.”

Barbara, another crew member, also resisted taking responsibility. She told Fraser:
“I can’t think of everything.”
However, in her own confessional, she admitted:
“I’ve been pulled in different directions, doing different things all the time… I feel like a very bad crew member. This sucks.”

She confessed she was “pissed” at herself because she was supposed to handle the captain’s uniform.

Fraser Takes the Heat

Fraser Olender, already under immense pressure, couldn’t believe the same mistake was happening repeatedly throughout the day.
“What the f—k is going on?” he exclaimed in frustration.

Trying to calm the situation, Fraser assured Captain Kerry:
“Captain, I really apologize, that’s one thing we’re ironing out this season…I’m not happy about it at all. I’m really pissed.”

But he knew the buck ultimately stops with him.
“In interior, if even a plug is two degrees off center, it’s on me,” he admitted in a confessional.
“I guess I just need to continue not relying on anyone and telling everyone, everything.”

More Trouble Ahead

Unfortunately for Captain Kerry, the interior crew’s uniform blunder wasn’t the only fiasco this season. During the very first charter, the deck team made a shocking error by leaving the charter guests’ bags behind at the dock — prompting Captain Kerry to explode:
“Those f—king wankers.”

But that’s just the beginning. Fraser has teased even more explosive moments ahead, including a jaw-dropping scandal involving deckhand Kyle Stillie and a married charter guest. Yes, you read that right —
an alleged hookup between Kyle and a guest who’s not single.

With drama brewing in both the interior and deck teams, Season 12 of Below Deck promises no shortage of chaos, emotions, and jaw-dropping moments. Captain Kerry is holding his crew to a high standard, but with tensions rising and accountability slipping, it’s clear this season will test everyone on board.
