Below Deck’s Daisy Kelliher addresses future on series after conflict with co-stars

Below Deck star Daisy Kelliher has addressed her future on the series following conflict with her co-stars.

Daisy is known for being a formidable chief stewardess on spin-off series Below Deck Sailing Yacht, which chronicles the lives of the crew members who work and reside aboard a 177-foot sailing yacht during charter seasons.

The first series was set in Greece’s Ionian Islands, and has since visited Croatia, Menorca, Sardinia and Ibiza.

Daisy joined the show during season two in 2021, and has faced a number of challenges throughout her time on the yacht.

She most recently faced heat from Captain Glenn Shephard during season five, which premiered in October 2024, when she was called in to have a conversation about guests being unhappy over the behaviour of female crew members.

Speaking on behalf of yacht charter company, The Boat Charter, Daisy has opened up about her future on the series beyond season five, saying that she “hopes” to be featured in another instalment.

“Things are always changing on TV and I’m learning that but I would love to do the show again. It’s kind of addictive. That kind of torture!” she added.

“Anyone who works that heavily knows it’s hard to stop and a lot of people don’t retire.”

Over the course of the show, the 37-year-old has continually clashed with Diana Cruz and Danni Warren, after both stews were unsatisfied with their responsibilities and the distribution of work.

During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Diana confirmed that she wouldn’t work with Daisy again.

Meanwhile, Danni said: “If I had to. A job is a job. Yeah, for me, a job’s a job. I don’t really care. Like, I know how to deal with it, so it’s all good.”

Speaking about about the situation with her former colleagues, Daisy said: “I didn’t expect such support from fans.

“In the situation, I did feel a little bullied and put down and I wasn’t in the best head space mentally during that season.

“I do feel that I was taken advantage of. I was feeling quite insecure and down on myself and, unfortunately, there are people who pick up on that and take advantage.

“That being said, I don’t agree with Diana and Danni getting the hate they got. I didn’t fully give them what they deserved and I was distracted but I didn’t deserve the treatment they gave me.”

On whether she regrets any moments from the show, Daisy concluded: “There’ve been a lot of situations where I realise I could have handled something differently or tried a different approach. But I try to learn and grow from everything.”
