Below Deck Down Under Premiere: Aesha Scott Meets Captain, Crew | The Daily Dish

The Below Deck Med alum settles in to her new position as chief stew and gets to know her new crew in this first look at the Below Deck Down Under premiere.

Aesha Scott is back on the high seas — but as she says in the Below Deck Down Under series premiere, “I’m the chief stew now!”

How to Watch

Watch Below Deck Down Under on Peacock and the Bravo app.

Yes, Aesha, who we first met as a stew in Season 4 of Below Deck Mediterranean, has risen through the ranks and will be leading the interior in the upcoming new series Below Deck Down Under, which begins streaming on Peacock on March 17. The first three episodes will be made available on premiere day.

Bravo Insider has your exclusive first look at the Below Deck Down Under series premiere, above, which kicks off with Aesha’s arrival at the M/Y Thalassa, where she receives a warm welcome from Captain Jason Chambers. “I’ve been second stew for about four years now. I was all over the Med, and I absolutely loved it,” Aesha, who is originally from New Zealand, says in an interview in the clip. “I’m so excited to be yachting in Australia. It’s nice to be back in my familiar area.”

Aside from Aesha, the rest of the Thalassa crew are all new to the world of Below Deck. But we’re already learning so much about Captain Jason, including that he is a self-proclaimed “adventurer and a thrill seeker” and that he is pretty hands-on. For example, Captain Jason cleaned the boat — shirtless, naturally — the day before the crew arrived.

As Aesha gets to know her new home for the next several weeks of the charter season, which she says is “gorgeous” upon coming aboard, she’s met with quite the surprise in her cabin. To find out what makes Aesha let out a “f–k yeah,” sign up for Bravo Insider, above.
