On April 24, the Below Deck alum took to her Instagram Stories to report live from her and Sullivan’s playtime inside her Florida home. The mother-son pair appeared to be playing inside a dome-shaped play tent, and Kate had a few thoughts on the matter.
“Having a detached playroom > toys in my house,” she wrote over the video, which panned to Sullivan’s toys in another area of the room. “Now if only he’d play on the trampoline I got him.” Kate added at the bottom of the video that it had “been a long spring break,” hilariously reflecting on her busy time at home with her little one.
Though Sullivan undoubtedly keeps the former chief stew busy with his lively energy, they seem to be enjoying their time together as he continues to grow before our eyes!

Kate celebrated her first Easter weekend in her newly purchased “dream home,” marking a special milestone. The proud mom gave BravoTV.com an exclusive look inside the stunning space, showcasing its beautiful kitchen, cozy living room, and inviting outdoor area.
“I think what makes this house special is I’m not a person who likes modern interior design,” she said about the “historic, beautiful home. “Like [Below Deck alum] Ben Robinson, for example, loves modern. I feel like it’s cold and too perfect. I like something with a little personality, a little imperfections. [It] makes it interesting and beautiful. I’m just really happy.”
Kate, who used to live in a craftsman bungalow in Fort Lauderdale, shared that her new home is conveniently close to her loved ones — including her friend Connie, who’s just a “golf cart ride away.”
