The former Below Deck Med yachtie reunited with a fellow Season 6 crew member and offered a new look inside her friendship with Courtney Veale.
Malia White and Courtney Veale have reunited and it feels so good. Years after they worked together on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 6, the bosun and stew, respectfully, proved that their friendship is still going strong today. They had previously worked on M/Y Lady Michelle, yachting around the Adriatic Sea in Croatia, but this time, they reunited on land.
Malia recently took to her Instagram Story, where she posted a selfie of her and Courtney, who she referred to as her “lunch date.” In the photo, Courtney is bundled up in a knit hat and a puffer jacket, while Malia opted for a Celine ball cap and Patagonia jacket. Courtney reposted the photo to her own Instagram story, expressing her gratitude for Malia. “Glad I got to see this angel before I left again,” she wrote over the photo.
“Excited to have you back for the summer!” Courtney added alongside a red heart, hugging face, and United Kingdom flag emoji.
Does Malia White still work in yachting?
Yes, she does still work in yachting. And if Courtney’s caption is any indication, she will be returning back to the United Kingdom. Malia had previously taken to her Instagram Story in October 2024, where she answered a question, asking her if she was “still yachting or working in the UK for a while?”
“I’m currently yachting in the UK!” she replied.
Details on Malia White’s recent trip to the United States
In addition to yachting, Malia has been traveling, and she most recently headed to the United States where she made several stops. The Florida native took to Instagram on Jan. 22, where she posted a series of photos of her, hanging out with wildlife, friends, and family members in Oregon and California. “Some wholesome moments from the West Coast,” she wrote over the series of photos.
She then took to her Instagram account on Feb. 6, where she revealed that she was still in the United States, taking in everything that it had to offer. In the carousel, Malia can be seen hanging out on the ski slopes in Colorado with her snowboard, getting a kiss from a friendly golden retriever, and spending even more time with friends, before flying to Florida to go to the beach with her boyfriend, whose identity she has not made public. “Final stretch of my States trip before heading back across the pond!” Malia wrote in the caption of the post.
Unfortunately, she was not able to reunite with Captain Sandy Yawn on this trip, who took to the comments where she expressed her regrets for not seeing her former Bosun. “I’m sorry we missed each other,” she wrote to Malia. “Next time!”
