The 28-year-old reality star reveals she is aiming to lose 25 pounds, focusing on a “slow reset” rather than a quick fix.
A Candid Conversation on Weight
Savannah Chrisley is once again getting real about her body image. In a recent episode of her podcast, Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley, the TV personality sat down with her mother, Julie Chrisley, to discuss her current health journey and her decision to return to weight loss medication.

Savannah revealed that she currently weighs approximately 160 lbs (73 kg). While she has ditched the scale at home to avoid obsession, she admits that her clothes are the ultimate truth-teller. Her goal? To get closer to her ideal weight of 135 lbs (61 kg).
Learning from the Past

This isn’t Savannah’s first rodeo with weight loss shots. She previously experimented with them but stopped because the appetite suppression was too intense for her lifestyle.
“When I was on it and I couldn’t eat, I was like, ‘Uh, I actually really enjoy eating,’” she joked during the episode.

This time around, she is opting for Tirzepatide, praising the medication for working effectively without the harsh side effects she previously experienced.
A Data-Driven “Slow Reset”
Unlike the “skinny at all costs” trend, Savannah is focusing on internal health. She shared that she has undergone extensive blood work to monitor her A1C levels and what she calls her “biological age.” Her approach is a holistic “slow reset” rather than an overnight transformation:
- Medical Supervision: Using blood work to guide her dosage.
- Fitness-Focused: Combining medication with a consistent exercise routine.
- Keeping the Curves: Savannah laughed that while she wants to fit back into her favorite jeans, she isn’t looking to disappear. “Not to the point of being skin and bones,” she clarified.
A Family Affair
Savannah won’t be hitting the gym alone. Her mother, Julie Chrisley, plans to join her daughter on this health kick, incorporating both the medication and a workout regimen into her own life.

For Savannah, the shift in focus is deeply personal. Despite being in the public eye, she is tuning out the noise.
“People can say whatever they want,” she told her listeners. “As long as you feel comfortable in your body, that’s all that matters.”
