Below Deck star Kate Chastain posted a $5,000 bond in a Florida court on Tuesday after allegedly attacking her new girlfriend.
According to TMZ – the 33-year-old reality star was booked Monday for a felony domestic violence charge of battery by strangulation after trying to kick her drunk girlfriend Rocio Hernandez out of their house.
When Hernandez, known as Ro, refused, the yacht stewardess ‘bit her in the forearm, bicep and leg.’
Melbourne Beach police officers also told the site Kate ‘put a knee on her head, choked her, and tried to stop her breathing.’ Hernandez is a former pro footballer from Spain, who served as the director of marketing and advertising at NSFit last year.

At this point, it’s unclear if Bravo will still include Kate in the fourth season of Below Deck, which premieres ‘later this year.’
