The appearance will be Charles’ first since its reopening in October 2022. Moreover, he will also visit the Curated Makers Christmas Market, meeting local traders and entrepreneurs supported by his charity The King’s Trust.

The King of England and his wife want to host the kind of party that people are going to be talking about for years to come. However, it seems like they are going to be very selective about their guest list.

One source close to the situation even told Vanity Fair, “Actually the plan is for them to all be at Sandringham for a very special big family Christmas. William and Catherine and the children will be there. The king and queen want their nearest and dearest with them to celebrate.”

One of the reasons why King Charles and Queen Camilla want to celebrate is because his battle with his cancer is progressing better than previosuly anticipated. Not only that, but his daughter-in-law Kate Middleton has also successfully completed her chemotherapy treatment.

The insider said, “It has been a very difficult and challenging time but the feeling is they are over the shock and the worst of it, and everyone is feeling very optimistic about 2025. The king is having ongoing treatment, which he is tolerating very well. When I last saw him he was looking amazing and very excited about the family being together for the festive season.”

“The queen is doing a lot better, she just needs to rest and take things a bit easier. She is very much looking forward to having some of her family at the Christmas table this year, it is going to feel extra special.”
